Our new Custom Panel Liner Program offers an incredible variety of features and benefits that enables liners to be used in ways which were previously thought to be impossible.  This new product is easier to use, more consistent, stronger (where it counts) and up to 30% less expensive.   This program offers liners which can be rectangular, oval, circular, arched, or almost any configuration you need. Are they expensive?

To see a couple of examples of the cost savings available when you work with Ultralight LDF Liners please click here and here.  Because they are produced on computer driven cutting equipment, panel liner versions of our french bevel or flat profiles wider than 2" are usually less expensive then traditional liners, AND, since they are manufacurered out of a solid sheet there is never any risk of the joined corners separating during shipping and handling.   This is especially important in the thinner panels that would replace the standard Mat Liners.  If compared with the cost of creating traditional liners in special widths or depths they are especially attractive.  What do you consider to be the value of having the capability of having a liner made that includes all the openings you wish, arranged however you 'd like, and covered in any one of over 150 different fabrics?  That's the real value of our new Panel Liners!

How quickly can they be produced?

Because we never have to wait for newly joined corners to dry and no longer need to fill or sand the corners before covering with fabric, Panel Liners can usually be shipped a day or two sooner than the standard version cut from sticks.  Also, once a file design is created, creating additional units from the same file is quick and easy. 

I heard that Joined or Continuous Liners can be expensive to ship.

We have received special waivers from UPS and FedEx that exempt our packages from most "Oversize" or "Special Handling" surcharges.  Because of the large volume of packages we ship each day we have also been able to negotiate rates that are deeply discounted.  For example, the cost of shipping a Custom Panel Liner with the outside dimension of 32" X 40" to almost any point on the East Coast is under $15.00. If you are closer to California your cost will be even lower.  If you have a job in mind, give us a call and we will gladly quote the product and shipping for you. We are always happy to provide shipping quotes if can quote other sizes    

 Above:  A refreshing new design alternative.  This silk-covered Panel Liner includes an Antique Gold Inlay that coordinates nicely with this Frame.  For photos or small prints Panel Liners can offer an easier-to- work-with option that also adds more drama to the presentation. One additional bonus over using a "traditional" liner:  Panel Liners never have any corner seams to worry about.  A liner like this one, which has an outside size of 11" X 14", is covered by a beautiful navy dupionni silk and includes an already installed Inlay will set you back less than $30.
