Having the Right Tools Can Make All the Difference
Whether your job is building the frames or selling them we offer quite a few useful accessories that will help to make your job easier. For example, the Hardwood Mat rack shown in the two images below provides an excellent home for your Raphael's Fabric Mat Samples. Our standard Mat Rack is available in Peruvian Walnut or Canarywood, has a set of 24" bars that will easily accomodate about 200 mat corner samples and sells for just $19.95. We can make custom sizes for just $1.20 per inch with a minimum of $20.00.
Raphael's Custom Hardwood Mat Racks
Our unique Mat Rack design is easily adjustable yet sturdy. Each one is handcrafted from solid hardwood and finished with several coats of wax to preserve and enhance the wood's natural beauty.
Custom Fabric-Covered Paperweights
From left to right in the image above are Raphael's 3 lb, 1 lb and 9 oz paperweights with a variety of different suede fabrics. We can create special sets of these "bags" in almost any weight or covered with any of our fabrics. We offer a set of three 9-oz suede-covered bags for $7.50, three suede-covered 1-lb bags for $12, or three 3-lb suede-covered bags for $18.00. We would be happy to provide a quote for other quantities or sizes of paperweights. All of our bags are double stitched and filled with washed river gravel which does not leave any dust residue.
Raphael's Countertop Rotating Mat and Liner Displays
We offer several different standard configurations of these countertop displays as shown in the images included to the left and below. These rotating racks offer a compact, efficient option for keeping a selection of mat-, liner- or moulding corners close at hand. These displays can include four veltex covered panels or a combination of two flat panels and four shelves as shown in the example to the left. Panel sections are 12" wide by 30" tall and would have a footprint of about one square foot. Displays include a rotating base and slightly recessed top. We offer either beige or black veltex material for covering the flat panels but can cover the areas around any shelves (as represented by the lighter color areas in the rack to the left) with most of our linen or suede fabrics.
